I live in Lakewood Ranch and know the real estate market here very well. I have helped clients buy and sell homes and lots up and down the Gulf Coast of Florida. I also know the builders in the area and have coordinated the purchase of new builds for clients.
I am a licensed broker in the state of Florida and a member of both the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee, and the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association. This gives me full access to the Stellar MLS and the Florida Gulf Coast MLS, providing a larger marketing reach and more data on buying and selling trends on the Florida Gulf Coast.
My commission structure for selling properties is 1%-2%, depending on the price of the property. On the buy-side, my commission is negotiable depending upon the services desired and depending upon whether or not the sell-side is offering a buy-side commission.
I can afford to offer a low commission because I don't have the overhead that many brokerages have, yet I have access to the same or better listing and marketing tools. I enjoy putting more money into the pockets of my clients!
